Overview
AI Agent Project Overview¶
Project Purpose¶
This project is created to manage the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI Agent applications. Each new AI Agent SVN repository should have a corresponding project in Redmine for centralized tracking of requirements, development tasks, QA activities, bugs, releases, and project documentation.
SVN Repository Structure¶
Each AI Agent project should be mapped to its dedicated SVN repository.
Current AI Agent Projects¶
| AI Agent | SVN Repository | Project / Application |
|---|---|---|
| AI Recruitment Agent | ai_recruitment_agent |

| AI Insurance Agent | ai_insurance_agent |

| Mortgage | ai_insurance_agent/website/trunk/mortgage |

SVN Repository:
http://newsvn.gventure.co.in/repos/ai_insurance_agent
Mortgage Project SVN Path:
http://newsvn.gventure.co.in/repos/ai_insurance_agent/website/trunk/mortgage
Application:
mortgage.gventure.live
The Mortgage application is maintained as a project/application under the ai_insurance_agent SVN repository.
Redmine Project Management¶
For every new AI Agent SVN repository, a corresponding Redmine project should be created.
The Redmine project should be used to manage:
- Project requirements and specifications
- Development tasks
- Feature implementation
- AI/LLM integration
- API development and integration
- Frontend and backend development
- QA and test cases
- Bug tracking
- Security and validation testing
- Deployment activities
- Production issues
- Release management
- Technical documentation
Recommended Redmine Configuration¶
Each AI Agent Redmine project should maintain the following standard sections:
1. Requirements¶
Document business requirements, user flows, AI-agent behavior, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
2. Development¶
Track frontend, backend, database, API, AI/LLM, prompt, workflow, and integration tasks.
3. QA & Testing¶
Track functional testing, regression testing, process/E2E testing, security testing, API testing, and AI response validation.
4. Bugs¶
All defects identified during development, QA, UAT, or production should be tracked as Redmine issues.
5. Deployment¶
Track development, staging, and production deployments, configuration changes, release activities, and rollback requirements.
6. Documentation¶
Maintain technical documentation, architecture information, API documentation, deployment instructions, and project-specific guidelines.
Standard Project Naming¶
The Redmine project name should match the AI Agent/SVN repository name wherever possible.
Example:
ai_insurance_agent
SVN:
http://newsvn.gventure.co.in/repos/ai_insurance_agent
Redmine:
AI Insurance Agent
For applications maintained inside the repository, use a clear sub-project or module name.
Example:
Mortgage
Application:
mortgage.gventure.live
SVN:
http://newsvn.gventure.co.in/repos/ai_insurance_agent/website/trunk/mortgage
Project Management Rule¶
Whenever a new AI Agent SVN repository is created, a corresponding Redmine project should be created at the same time.
The SVN repository and Redmine project should maintain a clear one-to-one relationship so that development work, QA activities, bugs, releases, and project documentation can be traced back to the appropriate AI Agent.
Objective¶
The objective of this structure is to provide a consistent project-management process for all AI Agents and ensure that every AI Agent has:
- A dedicated SVN repository
- A corresponding Redmine project
- Clearly defined development and QA tracking
- Centralized issue and bug management
- Traceable releases and deployments
- Proper technical and project documentation
